Ravanasura, directed by Sudhir Varma and starring Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja in the lead role, is set to release on April 7. This movie is remarkable for being the highest budget film in Ravi Teja's career and for featuring the actor in a brand-new role that has not been attempted before.
Interestingly, Ravi Teja will be playing a character with complete negative traits in this movie. In a recent interview, Sudhir Varma clarified that there will be nothing special about the role of the hero in this film, as all the characters will be portrayed in shades of grey. Additionally, he revealed that the movie will have many thrilling elements that will keep the audience engaged.
Varma also mentioned that the audience will experience a new feeling when they watch the movie in theaters and that there are no heroines in the film. Instead, the four protagonists in the film will be part of Ravi Teja's journey. He further added that all the characters in the movie have a good priority, and none of them are unrelated.
The director also shared that he had been wanting to make a film with Ravi Teja for a long time but was unable to come up with the right story. When Srikanth Vissa came up with the story for Ravanasura, he felt it would be a perfect fit for Ravi Teja. Sudhir Varma expressed his confidence that Ravanasura will be one of the top three films in Ravi Teja's career and that the audience will definitely feel the thrill when they watch it in theaters.
