Young tiger Junior NTR's highly anticipated 30th film, #NTR30, directed by sensible filmmaker Koratala Siva, has faced multiple delays since its supposed commencement last year. Initially, it was reported that NTR had requested further script changes. Later, NTR's busy Oscar campaign took up most of his time, and then the unfortunate passing of Taraka Ratna was cited as a reason. Currently, NTR is leaving to the United States for another round of Academy Award promotions, leaving the production schedule in limbo.
According to sources, NTR seems to be favoring Prashanth Neel's project over Koratala Siva's. Having achieved worldwide fame and acclaim with "RRR," NTR is confident that if he releases Koratala Siva's film after "RRR," he will not experience the same level of craze.
Therefore, NTR is hoping that Prashanth Neel's film will hit theaters first and further fuel the frenzy. NTR intends to launch Koratala Siva's film in March followed by a month-long body transformation. April will mark the official start of production. In June, NTR will finish up another schedule and then take on Prashanth Neel's film, working on both simultaneously. However, Neel's film will be released to theaters first, guaranteeing a massive box office take. It remains to be seen if Koratala Siva will agree to NTR's plan.
