A new trend has started in the cinema industry and it has picked up very rampantly. We are talking about the criss-cross of heroes across various industries. What was once the fort of heroines has now spread to the heroes as well and now many heroes are working in other languages. The interesting part is, these heroes are not ordinary, they are superstars in their circuit.
True to that, the lean machine Dhanush has now forayed into the Tollywood circuit and he made his debut with the movie 'Sir'. This is helmed by Venky Atluri. The film got a good acclaim as it revolved around the education mafia but its box office performance has not been satisfactory, as per sources. The film did a decent job in Kollywood though.
Now, it is heard that Dhanush has set his eyes on the soft spoken director Sekhar Kammula. Well, Dhanush's next movie happens to be with Kammula and it is known that whenever this filmmaker's movie is on the anvil, there are certain expectations and positive interest. For now, Dhanush has gotten onto his other project 'Captain Miller' which also has the Kannada star Shivarajkumar and our very own Sundeep Kishan.
Once 'Captain Miller' is done, Dhanush will join Sekhar Kammula for the new project. At the first level, Kammula's films are all about romance, family dramas and emotions that are laced with middle class families. Whether he is going to do something similar with Dhanush is not known but Dhanush's fans are hoping that Kammula should give their favorite hero a big hit which matches his stamina and create an impact in Tollywood. Kammula's last movie failed to work at the box office so this project is going to be crucial for him too. The coming days will give more details about this project.
