Despite the flop of Love Story and Lal Singh Chadda, Yuva Samrat Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is confident of going ahead with good content based films and he is doing his best to make sure that there's good buzz around his movies. His upcoming film Custody is generating a lot of buzz off late.
Now sources say that fans of the Akkineni family are wondering what happened to another interesting project of Naga Chaitanya titled 'Dutha'. It is a web series directed by prominent film maker Vikram Kumar of Manam fame. This would also mark the debut of Chay in the OTT space and even the genre is also creating a lot of excitement.
Parvathy Menon, Priya Bhavani Shankar are the leading ladies in this and director cum actor Tarun Bhaskar play key roles and some stills of the horror web series created a good buzz as well. But there have been no updates even as his another project Custody which started after Dutha is aiming for a release in the next few months.
Meanwhile, it is also heard that Chay would be teaming up with the soft spoken director Sekhar Kammula for another project. But watching him in a web series is going to be an altogether different experience for sure.
