The latest release 'Michael' featuring Sundeep Kishan is out and the filmnagar folks are citing that the team has not used Vijay Sethupathi for the pre release promotions which would have brought a lot of buzz. On the other hand, those who saw the film are now saying the entire track of Vijay was not designed well and his presence was not leveraged.
History has shown that whenever Vijay Sethupathi has done a special role, it worked as a big strength with the recent example being Universal Star Kamal Haasan's 'Vikram'. 'Michael' has opened to a very weak talk and despite having someone like Vijay on board, if the film fails to work then you know who has to be blamed.
