After Hombale films announced that more than 3000 crores will be spent on a series of films, the hot news now is that Mythri Movie Makers is all set to make massive investments to the tune of 1200 crores to produce back to back films with leading stars.
Most of the movies will be made on a Pan India scale, to the delight of star fans and audiences. They have achieved a very good success track record with the maximum number of hits delivered so far. They have bankrolled Srimanthudu, Janatha Garage, Sarkaru Vaari Pata, Uppena and many other romantic hit films. This Sankranti they achieved a rare distinction by releasing two star films immediately – Waltair Veerayya with Megastar Chiranjeevi and Veera Simha Reddy with Nandamuri Balakrishna.
They are geared up to even produce films in other languages and lining up many films, one after the other with an impressive star cast and well known filmmakers. The banner is producing 'Pushpa 2' currently with a budget of more than 200 crores. Mythri is producing the Ram Charan-Bucchi Babu combination film on a pan India level with more than 250 crores budget, which is expected to be in the backdrop of Kabaddi game. The script work is going on currently for this movie. A budget of 200 crores is already fixed for the movie to come up in the combination of Prashanth Neel and Junior NTR. The film expected to hit floors will feature NTR in a rugged role.
The banner is producing Khushi with Samantha and Vijay Devarakonda along with Ustaad Bhagat Singh in Pawan Kalyan – Harish Shankar combination with a budget of close to 200 crores. Mythri is also expected to produce the multi starrer film in Hindi with Prabhas and Hrithik Roshan under director Siddharth Anand of Pathaan fame. Their upcoming release 'Amigos' featuring Kalyan Ram is all set to release soon and they also recently took up the distribution of Balayya and Chiru movies in Nizam area, that fetched good profits. Overall, the banner is all set to make a big splash very soon with massive budgets and big-ticket projects.
