A Mysterious Love Story Begins: Nani Presents Nithiin’s Alias Rukmini!
Following the critical success of COURT – State Vs A Nobody, Natural Star Nani’s banner, Unanimous Productions, has officially launched its second feature project. Titled Alias Rukmini, the film stars Nithiin in the lead role, produced by Deepthi Ganta and directed by Murali Kanth Devasoth (Dhandora fame).
The project was officially kicked off today with a grand muhurtham ceremony in Hyderabad, alongside an intriguing announcement video that offers a peek into its playful, mysterious world.

The title video opens on a black screen featuring a witty conversation between Nani and director Murali Kanth:

The Story of Krishna: When Nani asks about the script, the director explains it is the life story of a man named Krishna.

The Mysterious Author: Instead of a simple tale, Nani is shown covers of several romance novels written by a mysterious author named Rukmini—including titles like Garam Gopal, Ameku Ame Ante Ishtam, and Vratham Venkanna.

The Twist Reveal: A confused Nani asks, "If it's Krishna's story, who is this Rukmini?" Cut to Nithiin, playing a quiet mathematics teacher in an office setting. Adjusting his glasses, he looks at the camera and softly replies: "My wife."

Speaking at the launch event, Nani expressed immense joy in collaborating with his long-time friend:
