National Takeover: ‘Peddi’ Set for Massive Mumbai Trailer Launch and A.R. Rahman Live Concert in Bhopal

The promotional machinery for Mega Powerstar Ram Charan’s rustic sports epic, "Peddi," is moving into high gear with a strategic Pan-India campaign. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana and produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner, the film is being positioned as a landmark cinematic event for 2026.

To match the film's massive scale, the makers have announced two landmark promotional stops in Mumbai and Bhopal, designed to capture the national imagination.

The campaign kicks off with a high-profile media event in the financial capital before moving to the heart of India.

  • Mumbai Trailer Launch (May 18): The highly anticipated theatrical trailer will be unveiled in Mumbai, introducing Ram Charan’s raw "Akhara" look and the film's intense sporting backdrop to the national media.

  • Bhopal Live Performance (May 23): In a unique move to celebrate the film’s earthy roots, the team will travel to Bhopal. The highlight will be a live concert by Oscar-winning maestro A.R. Rahman, who will perform the "Sound of Peddi" alongside a lineup of stalwart singers.


Global Pre-Sales and Production Excellence

The "Peddi" storm is already making waves internationally even before the trailer's debut.

  • North American Box Office: The film has already recorded US$225K in pre-sales for the North American premieres alone, showcasing the immense global draw of the Ram Charan brand.

  • World-Class Craftsmanship: Presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, the film features visual storytelling by cinematographer R. Rathnavelu and intricate 1960s production design by Avinash Kolla.
