One of the biggest pan-India entertainers, the sequel to the massive hit 'Mookuthi Amman,' is officially titled 'Mahashakti' for the Telugu version. Starring Nayanthara in the lead role and directed by Sundar C, the film is produced by Vels Film International Limited and IV Entertainment, with Avni Cinémax (P) Ltd and Rowdy Pictures as co-producers.
The first part, Mookuthi Amman, was a huge success, with its Telugu dubbed version, Ammoru Thalli, receiving a blockbuster response.

On the auspicious occasion of Dussehra, the title of 'Mookuthi Amman 2' in Telugu was announced as 'Mahashakti.' The film's first look, featuring Nayanthara presented in the divine form of the Goddess, is powerful and immediately captivating.
Vels Film International's Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh, in collaboration with IV Entertainment, is producing Mahashakti as a grand, large-scale visual wonder. The sequel is expected to feature an exciting storyline packed with unlimited humor.

Anticipation for the film is already sky-high, as this marks the first time Sundar C and Nayanthara are acting together.
