Being a celebrity may have its own share of fame, wealth and success but it also comes with a share of baggage. These days, it has become very difficult for celebrities to speak while on public platforms or events. Their intent may mean nothing harmful or ill-treating anyone but it is that bunch of thickheads who make it a point to interpret it in something negative and create a scene.
This is something singer Mangli seems to have experienced. Incidentally, Mangli has earned a strong fan base in the state of Karnataka and recently she went for an event at Chikballapur. This place is dominated by Telugus in a big way and it is heard that Mangli addressed the crowds in Telugu. At that point, some of them who were present there got offended that she didn't speak in Kannada.
As a result, while Mangli was returning in her car, she got attacked and her car was pelted with stones. While the exact reason behind this attack is yet to be known, grapevine says it is because of Mangli not speaking in Kannada which triggered it. Well, if this is true one has no choice except to laugh at this immaturity.
