Actress Madhu Shalini is presenting the rural love story 'Kanya Kumari,' which is set to release on August 27th, on the occasion of Vinayaka Chaturthi. Written, directed, and produced by Srujan Attada under the Radical Pictures banner, the film stars Geeth Saini and Sricharan Rachakonda in the lead roles. The film's promotional content has already received a great response, and a press meet was held to ramp up the excitement.
Madhu Shalini Calls the Film 'High Entertainment'
At the press meet, presenter Madhu Shalini extended greetings for Sri Krishna Janmashtami and spoke about her personal connection to the film. "I fell in love with the Kanya Kumari teaser immediately. Geeth has done a wonderful job in a beautiful character. I really liked Srujan's previous film, Puspakavimanam, and I wanted to support new talent like him. My parents had a love marriage, and my mother pursued higher education after marriage. They supported each other a lot. After watching this film, I felt like my parents' love story might have started this way. This is my personal connection to the film."
She also praised the director's passion. "Srujan made this film with a lot of hard work and passion. We are going to show the film to Bunny Vasu Garu and hope he likes it. Director Srujan Attada on the Film's Origin
Director Srujan Attada shared the story behind the film. "This is my second film as a director and my first as a producer. This film is like a wild flower born on the bunds of a paddy field. During the COVID lockdown, I was in a village in Srikakulam. One morning, I saw a girl walking and four boys sitting under a tree, chatting. I liked that visual so much that I decided to make a film right there with those kinds of people. I am lucky to have found actors who could perfectly fit into the roles and master the dialect. Geeth acted wonderfully. This is a high-entertainer with natural characters and real emotions. I hope everyone watches it to get a good feeling."

Actress Geeth Saini expressed her gratitude, saying, "This moment feels like a dream. It was possible because of Madhu Garu. This is a unique love story set in a village backdrop.
