In a monumental collaboration, The AbhayCharan Foundation and Sreejee Entertainment have officially announced their alliance for a grand historical film titled “Shri Krishna Avatar in Mahoba”.
The film is being created with the blessings of His Grace Jitamitra Prabhu Sri, a respected senior Guru at ISKCON Delhi, and will transport audiences to the sacred land of Mahoba in the 11th–12th century. This cinematic spectacle will portray Lord Shri Krishna in a never-before-seen avatar – as a valiant warrior, combining deep spirituality with epic action.
Aiming for a global audience, the film will be released in multiple languages and will be crafted by an expert creative and technical team, promising both visual grandeur and a profound spiritual message. It will delve into the rich history and cultural heritage of Mahoba, blending historical authenticity with cinematic brilliance.
Anil Vyas, the project head, shared his excitement, saying:
“We are thrilled to bring this inspiring story to life. For the first time, audiences will witness Lord Krishna’s valor as a warrior in a historically rooted yet uplifting narrative. This is a film for the world, transcending boundaries of region and faith.”
The project will be written and directed by Mukund Pandey, known for his mastery in historical storytelling.
“This is a sacred story that needs to be told with both accuracy and reverence,” Pandey said. “Mahoba holds immense spiritual and historical significance, and we aim to present it in a way that blends devotion, history, and hope.”
The makers believe Shri Krishna Avatar in Mahoba will be more than just cinema – it will be a spiritual journey that immerses viewers in an era when faith and righteousness shaped society. Through this film, the eternal message of love, compassion, and dharma from Lord Krishna will meet the magic of the big screen.
