The highly anticipated action entertainer 'War 2,' starring Indian iconic stars NTR and Hrithik Roshan, is ready to hit the screens on August 14th. Directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Aditya Chopra under the YRF banner, with Kiara Advani as the female lead, the film's pre-release event was a grand affair. The Telugu version is being distributed by Sithara Entertainments, led by Naga Vamsi. NTR took the stage, expressing gratitude to the fans and the team. "I thank Vamsi for making this celebration with fans possible. After the tragic incident at the Baadshah function in Warangal, I've been a bit distant from public events. I thank Vamsi, and the fans who pushed him, for forcing me to celebrate my 25-year cinematic journey."
He gave a special shout-out to producer Aditya Chopra and director Ayan Mukerji. "Aditya Chopra insisted I do War 2 and promised that I would make the fans proud. I am grateful to the YRF team for making me a part of this and for making me feel comfortable in Mumbai. I want to work with the YRF team again."
Speaking about his co-star, NTR shared his admiration. "25 years ago, I was amazed by Hrithik's dance in Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai. He was the only one I saw besides Michael Jackson. Hrithik is one of the finest and irreplaceable actors in India. He has so much passion and dedication for cinema. It's a privilege to have danced alongside him. It’s not about who danced better. I learned a lot from him. I want to work with him again."

I shot Krrish here, and the Telugu people have always shown so much love for me. We started our journey as co-actors, but we became brothers. Tarak is deserving of all your love."
He shared his experience working on the film. "In my 25-year career, War 2 will hold a top spot. My character, Kabir, received so much love in the first part, and this time it's more intense and dramatic. With Tarak joining the project, it became even more special. We both worked very hard for this film and suffered many injuries. But seeing Tarak's hard work, I worked with even more energy.
