We are at this level today because we took one step at a time. 57 films have been completed under Sri Venkateswara Creations. After I and Shirish hear a story and like it, only then does the script move to the next level. That’s how we completed 57 films. Harshith and Hansitha, under the Dil Raju Productions banner, have introduced four new directors, including Venu from Balagam. They are also trying to make all kinds of films with new directors. New directors, new producers, artists, and technicians want to enter the industry. They don't have proper guidance. The idea of 'Dil Raju Dreams' came from thinking about what could be done then."

We decided to create a new team for new talent, thinking that it would be the right platform for those who want to enter the film industry. We formed the 'Dil Raju Dreams' organization with a young generation team. Many people want to become producers. They register, but they don't have clarity on how to start or complete a film. Some people show us videos saying they have made a film. Making a film is not important; taking the film to the audience after making it is a big task. Everyone has a passion to enter films, but they don't find the right platform. We are launching the 'Dil Raju Dreams' website to create such a platform."
He also delivered a dose of reality: "The fact that about 2000 people came to this event shows how much passion you all have for cinema. It took us 30 years to get here. But entering and succeeding in cinema is not that easy. If a hundred directors try, only five get a chance. One will make a hit film. That means the success rate here is 1%. You must keep that in mind. Don't leave the work you are currently doing for cinema. We also did the same. We did not give up our automobile business until we succeeded in cinema. Because if you fail here, you have to go back and do your old business. Our families should not be affected by cinema. We also faced struggles here. But we tried relentlessly. We achieved it. In reality, you yourself should know whether you can succeed in the film industry or not. You must have faith in yourself. Cinema is an attraction. It keeps pulling you. It is your responsibility to ensure that it does not impact your lives. Whenever you understand that you are succeeding in cinema, then you should work 24 hours a day. We, like Vijay, Devi, Nani, all of us have succeeded independently. In the previous generation, Chiranjeevi Garu, Rajinikanth Garu, all of them also succeeded independently. They worked very hard.
