Hero Pradeep Machiraju’s latest comedy entertainer “Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi” has turned out to be a laughter-filled blockbuster this summer. Directed by the young and talented duo Nithin and Bharat, the film blends romance and family entertainment in a refreshing way. Produced under the Monks & Monkeys banner, the film features Deepika Pilli in the female lead and hit the theatres on April 11 as one of the summer’s biggest attractions. The movie has received a fantastic response from audiences across all age groups and is enjoying a successful theatrical run.
During the Blockbuster Laughter Meet, Pradeep expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the audience. He said, “April 11 will remain a memorable day in our lives — it’s the day our film released. We had promised that the audience would smile from the first frame to the last, and we’ve lived up to it. You also kept your promise by watching and supporting the film. Thank you so much for that.”
He went on to thank Mythri Shashi, calling him the team’s biggest strength. He also expressed joy over the film’s release under the prestigious Mythri Movie Makers banner. “From the premieres, the response has been incredible. Seeing audiences laugh in the theatre has filled our hearts. Every person walking out of the cinema had a smile on their face,” he added.
Pradeep thanked directors Nithin and Bharat for crafting such a beautiful story and appreciated their journey together. He also acknowledged Satya and Srinu for carrying the film on their shoulders and infusing it with immense energy and comedy. “Working with Satya throughout the film was a joyful experience,” he said.
He further thanked Brahmanandam for his generous participation, adding that the veteran’s entry rocked the theatres and elevated the film’s appeal. He also acknowledged Brahmaji’s performance as “Pan India Prabhakar” and Vennela Kishore’s portrayal of his brother-in-law. The hero expressed his thanks to everyone who contributed to the project — from the music team led by Radhan to lyricist and Oscar-winner Chandrabose, and editor-actor PK.
Deepika’s performance as Raja was also appreciated, and he praised choreographers Shekhar Master and Raghu Master for creating visually appealing songs. Pradeep highlighted the contributions of several debut talents and thanked the audiences for accepting their work wholeheartedly.
He also recalled the support from superstar Mahesh Babu, who helped kickstart the film’s promotions, and global star Ram Charan, who backed the film as it neared release. Actor Nani also sent a congratulatory video message, which added to the team’s happiness.
Calling it a perfect family entertainer for the summer, Pradeep warmly invited every family to come to theatres and enjoy the movie together.
Director Bharat, sharing his thoughts, said, “Watching the movie with the audience and hearing their laughter gave us a real kick.
