Sumanth Prabhas Leads "Godari Gattupaina": Red Puppet's Debut Film Promises Serene Riverbank Romance!
Sumanth Prabhas, the breakout star of "Mem Famous," is set to headline "Godari Gattupaina," the inaugural production from Red Puppet Productions. This project marks the directorial debut of Subash Chandra, known for his acclaimed short film work with MR. Productions. Joining Sumanth is debutante Nidhi Pradeep, with the esteemed Jagapathi Babu in a pivotal role.
The film's title, "Godari Gattupaina," instantly evokes a sense of familiarity, drawing inspiration from the popular song "Sankranthiki Vasthunnam." The title logo and poster, featuring the tranquil Godavari river and its surrounding village, radiate a warm, inviting charm.
Director Subash Chandra describes the film as a "relaxed and fun" experience, capturing the essence of leisurely evenings spent on the Godavari riverbanks. "Our film, set against the picturesque backdrop of Velpuru, Relangi, and Bhimavaram in the Godavari districts, is a pure and heartfelt story," he explains, emphasizing the region's scenic beauty as a key element.
"Godari Gattupaina" boasts a stellar ensemble cast, including Rajeev Kanakala, Laila, Devi Prasad, Harshavardhan, Sudarshan, Rajkumar Kasireddy, Viva Raghav, and Rohit Krishna Varma, all contributing to the film's rich narrative.
The technical team is equally impressive, with Sai Santhosh handling cinematography, Naga Vamshi Krishna composing the music, Pravalya overseeing production design, Anil Kumar P editing, and Nagarjuna Thallapalli crafting the sound design.
