Once in public life, everyone will be subject to intense scrutiny and for noted personalities, who are into both films and politics, they need to be more careful about what they say and what they do because everything is out in the public. Some are aware how to be careful while some become a sort of loose cannon implying they can say anything and get away with it.
Hindupur MLA, son of late NTR and popular star Nandamuri Balakrishna has a mass fan base beyond caste and regions and he has always been respected by the people of Telugu states. However, of late in an era where digital media is reigning big, he is known these days for his uncontrolled talks and actions which are not going down well. His actions are bringing disgrace to his family, his caste as well as his party, the TDP.
Balayya was in news when he said at a film event that one needs to make a girl pregnant and go away and that he has explored many mountains and valleys among women. These comments are nothing but shocking and of late, on camera too he has been known for foul mouthing those who come closer to him. Although as a person he is known to be kind hearted and he has been doing good service through cancer hospital, his public actions are not being taken kindly.
Every legend in the film industry has made contributions of their own and no one has done less. While comparing NTR with thespians like ANR and SVR he dismissed them as non entities by naming them derogatory. In AP, this has assumed caste dimensions that a Kamma person is criticizing a Kapu like SVR and a thespian like ANR.
Nagarjuna's sons have given polite rebuttal but that doesn't seem to be stopping Balayya from saying or doing whatever he can. This is highly condemnable. No one is above public propriety and hence many feel that its high time someone instill some sense in Balayya to not take things for granted and control loose tongue and behavior which may ultimately affect his party and also his family reputation.
