Harley's India Bakes Its Way into Guinness World Records with Mammoth Honey Cake

Hyderabad witnessed a sweet victory as Harley's India, Fine Baking, achieved a Guinness World Record for creating the world's largest Russian Medovik Honey Cake. This monumental culinary feat involved over 500 bakers, chefs, and support staff who collaborated to bake a cake weighing a staggering 2,254 kg and measuring 7 feet by 70 feet.

The record-breaking cake shattered the previous record held by Spinneys Dubai by ten times, demonstrating Harley's India's commitment to pushing boundaries and setting new standards in the baking industry. The event, held at the Maaya Convention Centre in Kondapur, was a testament to meticulous planning and teamwork.

Official Recognition

The Guinness World Records team officially recognized the achievement, with adjudicator Rishi Nath presenting the certificate to Mr. Suresh Naik, amidst cheers and applause from the crowd.
