Empowering the Future: Actor Sanjosh Distributes Merit Scholarships to 118 Tribal Students via Sanjosh Foundation

In a deeply moving display of social responsibility, rising Telugu actor Sanjosh has once again extended a helping hand to underprivileged communities. Through his charitable organization, the Sanjosh Foundation, the actor hosted a grand Scholarship Distribution Program on 18-05-2026 in the Eturnagaram region.

The initiative successfully identified and rewarded 118 tribal and below-middle-class students from the Mulugu district who demonstrated exceptional academic excellence in their board examinations.

Honoring Academic Excellence in the Rural Heartland

The foundation specifically targeted bright, young minds who overcame financial hardships to secure top-tier grades in their recent state board exams:

  • The Eligibility: Financial aid was presented to students who crossed the benchmark of 500 marks in the 10th Class and achieved over 900 marks in Intermediate education.

  • The Support: To assist with their higher education enrollment and purchase of study materials, each deserving student was presented with a cash scholarship of ₹2,000.

A Star-Studded Motivational Gathering

Popular comedy star and internet sensation Sampoornesh Babu graced the event as the chief guest. Addressing the massive gathering of youngsters, the actor delivered a powerful, motivational speech, encouraging students from rural backgrounds to break barriers, dream big, and pursue their goals with unyielding hard work.

The philanthropic drive was also attended and lauded by an elite panel of regional administrators and dignitaries, including:

  • Manan Bhat IPS (Assistant Superintendent of Police, Eturnagaram)

  • DEO Siddharth Reddy and MEO Mallik (Regional Educational Officers)

  • Pujari Nageshwar Rao (Prominent Advocate)

The dignitaries unanimously praised Sanjosh for utilizing his platform as an actor to systematically address grassroots issues in tribal sectors.

Sanjosh Foundation’s Long-Term Humanitarian Vision

Sanjosh, who previously earned appreciation for his performances in rooted Telugu movies like Bewars and Sodhara, has quietly built a strong track record in social activism. The foundation’s work goes far beyond one-day events:

  • Healthcare Interventions: The trust previously organized 168 free mobile eye cataract surgeries for indigenous tribal populations living in cut-off, remote forest zones.

  • Direct Adoption: The actor is personally sponsoring the complete education of three underprivileged students.

  • School Infrastructure Support: The foundation regularly distributes essential schooling items—including uniforms, ties, belts, shoes, and specialized exam kits—to government school and college students across the district to curb dropout rates.

With this latest drive, the young actor's structured approach toward tribal welfare and rural literacy continues to win widespread admiration across the Telugu states, laying a solid foundation for more extensive social outreach programs in the coming years.
