This launch represents a deeply personal milestone for Manoj and his family, combining his passion for music with a vision to nurture fresh talent and innovative sounds.

Known for his versatility on screen and dedication to diverse film roles—including mass entertainers and experimental dramas—Manoj has always had a strong connection with music. His singing credits include the popular track “Pyar Mein Padipoya” from Potugadu, the motivational song “Antha Baguntamra” during the pandemic, and writing lyrics for hits like “Pistha Pistha” and “Pranam Poye Badha” from Mr. Nookayya. His expressive and heartfelt vocal style reflects his innate musicality.

Behind the scenes, Manoj has contributed extensively to music and choreography, working closely on films starring his father Dr. Manchu Mohan Babu, brother Manchu Vishnu, and sister Lakshmi Manchu. He has also rapped in various songs across family ventures and partnered internationally with composer Achu Rajamani for the Hollywood film Basmati Blues, starring Brie Larson.

Mohana Raga Music aims to blend legacy with innovation, supporting emerging artists, fostering experimental music, and producing original works that resonate both in India and abroad. The label’s name holds emotional significance, honoring a favorite raga cherished by both Manoj and his father.

Upcoming projects include original singles, collaborations, and a major international partnership, poised to elevate Telugu music to the global stage under Manoj’s leadership.
