This expansion milestone follows closely after the brand’s first branch launch in Ameerpet on November 23, an event coinciding with the birthday of Mahesh’s son, Jhagadwaja—the inspiration behind the revamped Jismat identity.
Just days prior, on December 2, 2025, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs officially recognized Gismat Restaurants Private Limited with CIN U56101AP2025PTC122355, transitioning the business from a proprietorship to a registered private limited company. This formal corporate restructuring enables unified management, enhanced legal compliance, and paves the way for smoother nationwide expansion.
At the ribbon-cutting, Dharma Mahesh reflected on the brand’s personal significance, saying, “The legacy of Jismat is Jhagadwaja, and the journey continues.
