Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu had been out on medical interim bail for the past few days as he complained that he has multiple diseases and medical complications that are taking a toll on his health while he is in jail.
Naidu recently underwent an eye surgery at Prasad's eye institute and he says he still has many health problems to deal with and he can't go to jail, given the prevailing conditions there.
In the meanwhile, the AP high court has now granted regular bail to CBN and the related order was passed by the honorable judge a short while ago. The regular bail will come to immediate effect, essentially meaning CBN is momentarily free from judicial remand in the AP skill development case.
But at the same time, there are several other cases including the AP fiber grid scam, inner ring road scam, liquor scam, and sand scam that have been alleged against Chandrababu Naidu by the AP CID.
Now that regular bail has been granted to CBN, he will be a free man to hold public meetings and take part in his party activities. He had been in jail for 52 days and this release should be a mighty pleasant one for him.
