Actor Naga Chaitanya and actress Sobhita Dhulipala today got engaged at the former's residence in Hyderabad. The first pics from the engagement were put out on social media by Akkineni Nagarjuna.
Calling it a beginning of infinite love, Nag wrote, "We are delighted to announce the engagement of our son, Naga Chaitanya, to Sobhita Dhulipala, which took place this morning at 9:42 a.m.!! We are overjoyed to welcome her into our family. Congratulations to the happy couple! Wishing them a lifetime of love and happiness. God bless!"
Chaitanya got divorced from actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu in 2021. His relationship with Sobhita took shape later. The 'Thandel' actor is looking forward to embarking on a new personal journey. It is said that he has become more articulate in interviews after entering into a relationship with Sobhita. He is in a happy space and has long moved on from his previous failed marriage with Samantha.
Sobhita has acted in 'Goodachari' and 'Major', among other movies, in the past.
The wedding date of Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita will be made official later.
